Product descriptions, origin statements, weights and release status are shown on the relevant product page. Source-review and waitlist products are not accepted as paid orders until released.
Prices and payment
The Stripe Checkout total presented before payment is the amount authorized by the customer. PRIMTEA does not receive or store complete card details. Any destination duties or taxes collected outside Checkout remain the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
Order acceptance
A paid order is recorded after Stripe confirms payment authorization. PRIMTEA may contact the customer if a route, address or product availability issue requires clarification before dispatch.
Delivery and customs
Orders leave China through consolidated cross-border delivery. The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms, including the abandon-and-refund process for exceptional customs non-clearance.

Tea flavor varies by batch, water, vessel and brewing method. Cultural, ritual and sensory descriptions are not medical advice or treatment claims.
