Shipping Policy

Where orders leave from

PRIMTEA orders are prepared and packed in China. Our Yunnan estate teas begin at our own tea garden and factory. Selected teas from other Chinese origins are packed only after their source and release batch are confirmed.

Route confirmation

Destination availability, shipping charges, duties and the final payable total are confirmed before payment capture. A destination shown in editorial content is not automatically an open shipping destination.

Tracking and delivery

Paid physical orders receive a carrier reference after dispatch. Delivery estimates depend on destination, customs processing and the selected consolidated route. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Customs exception

If an order cannot be cleared through our designated route without exceptional documentation or disproportionate handling cost, PRIMTEA may abandon or destroy the shipment. We will notify the customer and refund the amount paid for the undelivered order to the original payment method.
