Tender plucks are fixed and lightly rolled or shaped so the leaf remains relatively whole. Drying aims to preserve a clean floral and fresh-grain profile.

Expect gentle orchid, sweet pea, chestnut and clean vegetal notes with a soft, refreshing finish.

Try 2-3g per 250ml at 80-85°C for about 90 seconds.
