Identity and origin
Jingmai Mountain tea refers to material associated with villages and tea-forest landscapes of Jingmai. It is an origin claim that requires village, garden and batch traceability.
Craft and leaf style
Material may become raw Pu'er, black tea or other styles. For raw Pu'er, hand or small-factory fixing, rolling and sun-drying are central steps.
Aroma, taste and texture
Floral, honeyed, herbal and gentle bitter-sweet profiles are often discussed, but village, season and maker differences are substantial.
Practical guidance
Use 5g per 100ml at 95-100°C and compare multiple infusions rather than judging the first cup.
Identification and caution
Do not treat UNESCO landscape status as product certification. The tea still needs a traceable commercial batch.
